Random Note

So obviously I haven't posted in a while and this isn't going to be a long, just a quick note. Most of my new stuff is probably going to be put up after I get back to America, though I'll try and get some stuff on here before leaving. Anyway, I just wanted to mention how I take modern conveniences for granted. For those of you who follow this blog or talk to me on a regular basis, you certainly know that I bitched incessantly about my old apartment (i.e. dorm) because the water was effectively shut off sometime between 11 and 12 every night, making tooth brushing an adventure at late hours. In my new place, I have water 24/7. It wasn't until a late night last night that I actually remembered how pissy I used to be about my water situation yet never fully acknowledged that I'm back in the land of semi-convenience because I never took the time to think about it. I just took 24/7 water as a basic facet of life and didn't appreciate that I finally had that again after 5 months without it... ok I'm done sounding like a sanctimonious asshole now. We'll get to our usual rantings in a bit.
