I'm a Blue Bar Superstar

Ok so I know I promised more posts but... what can I say? I suck. Big time. Anyway I do have some good stuff in the pipeline, but haven't really had the time to write anything of consequence what with teaching my soul suckingly boring boring listening class several times a week. This is just a quick hit but something I've found interesting. So as regular readers (all two of you) know, I'm a regular at the Blue Bar. By regular, I mean I go there every night. I'm too lazy to cook even though I now have a kitchen, and I still don't have internet, so going out every night is better than sitting in a semi-heated apartment watching bootleg DVDs. Aside from going there every night, I usually sit in the same seat at the same table, closest to the door on the right, and always have my computer in front of me. These circumstances have led other people to recognize me because I'm usually there. Now, these are people who have never spoken to me, and I usually have no inkling of their existance until late Saturday night at other bars for the past two weeks, I've had random people come up to me and introduce themselves, saying that they know me from Blue. Encounters usually occur like this:

Random Chinese Person: Hello!
Me: Hi...
Random Chinese Person: I know you!
Me: You do? From where?
Random Chinese Person: I see you at Blue. You're always at Blue in the corner. You have the bottle and you smoke and you have the computer. It's very pretty. Apple! Very good!
Me: O.... uh... have we ever spoken before?
Random Chinese Person: No, but I always see you.
Me: O.... ok... *slowly edge away and desperately look for someone else to talk to*

Awkwardness at its maximum.
